Free worldwide shipping on every order. 🌍

• Sweden: free standard shipping, or Express for 99 kr
• Rest of the world: free standard shipping

As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking link. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, paid by the recipient.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, squishies that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned. Squishies are soft toys that are touched and squeezed, so once the packaging or seal is opened we can't take them back.

• Unopened items: you can return unopened items in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Just email us first and we'll guide you. You pay the return shipping.
• Mystery boxes and advent calendars: can only be returned if they are unopened and still sealed.

Damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund – including opened items. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are not affected.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 14 days.
